Greenwich Police say they responded to Family Centers Health Care in Wilbur Peck Court on a report of a patient who had caused a scene and threatened staff members and patients on Monday, July 29 around 2:30 p.m.

Further investigation revealed that a man identified as Lloyd Cooke, 52, of Greenwich acted in a manner that caused fear, annoyance and alarm to other patients and staff members in the office, police say.

Cooke allegedly made an intentional threat toward multiple people and placed them in fear of imminent and serious physical injury.

Cooke was arrested and charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. He was unable to post his $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Monday, August 12.
